Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu on Sunday inaugurated the Udan Yatri Cafe at the departure terminal of Hirasar-based Rajkot International Airport.
At the cafe, items such as tea, water bottles, coffee, sweet of the day, and snacks like samosa and kachori are available at affordable prices. Similar cafes are already operational at several airports across the country, including Ahmedabad. Passengers at Rajkot Airport will now also benefit from access to affordable and quality food at the Udan Yatri Cafe.
The minister also inaugurated a Flybrary book corner and a dedicated kids zone at the airport.
