A fire erupted on Wednesday in the parking area of the Mangaldip Capital building, located near Science City in Ahmedabad. The blaze caused extensive damage to several vehicles parked there.
Emergency services responded swiftly after receiving an urgent call, dispatching two fire engines to the scene. Firefighters quickly got to work, using water cannons to douse the flames and prevent them from spreading further into the building.
The cause of the fire remains unclear at this time. Investigators are looking into whether it was sparked by extreme heat or a malfunction in one of the cars. This incident follows a similar case recently reported in Thaltej, where a parked car also caught fire amidst ongoing concerns regarding vehicle safety during this intense heatwave.
Fire brigade teams stayed on-site afterward to conduct final inspections and confirm that all safety measures were adhered to. More information will be released as officials continue their investigation.
