The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has announced changes to the holiday dates for the academic year 2025-26. This revision comes after a new government notification was issued, prompting updates to the previously released school activity calendar.
Initially, schools were set to observe Dhuleti on March 3, Cheti Chand/Ramzan Eid on March 20, and Ram Navami on March 27. However, following an official declaration from the General Administration Department in Sachivalaya, these dates have been altered. The updated schedule now lists Dhuleti for March 4, Cheti Chand on March 19, Ramzan Eid on March 21, and Ram Navami on March 26.
In light of these changes, all schools are required to adjust their schedules accordingly. The school activity calendar was first distributed to District Education Officers (DEOs) back on April 8, 2025.
