The Training and Placement Department of Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University (SSIU) organised an insightful session titled ‘Professionalism Beyond Books’ to help first-year students and faculty understand how to succeed in today’s fast-evolving corporate world.
Around 95 participants, including students and faculty members, attended the interactive session conducted by Monica Srivastava, Head of HR at Pronix Tech LLP. Drawing from her vast industry experience, Srivastava highlighted that true professionalism goes beyond academic achievements — it is rooted in accountability, emotional intelligence, and ethical behaviour.
