Responding to the issue, Jio Hotstar issued a statement saying, “Due to some unforeseen technical issue, some of our users may have issues while streaming content or accessing the platform. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue and regret the inconvenience caused.”
The platform’s technical team later confirmed that the problem had been resolved, and normal streaming services have since resumed.
