The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad has released its final placement report for the 2023–25 PGP MBA batch. Out of 406 eligible students, 395 secured placements through the institute, while 11 opted out to explore independent opportunities.

- Median package: 34.59 lakh
- Highest offer: 1.10 crore
- Lowest offer: 17 lakh
The placement report, third-party audited under Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS), shows that 393 students took up roles in Indian companies, while 2 secured international jobs in Dubai with packages exceeding \$1,03,000.
Sector-wise distribution:
- Consulting: 156 students (largest share)
- Banking & Finance: 99 students
- Analytics & Agri-inputs: 2 students (smallest share)
Compared to last year (2024), the average package has remained stable at around ₹35 lakh, with the top offer slightly lower than 1.12 crore in 2024.
Interestingly, only 2 students chose to launch startups this year under IIMA’s fellowship program, compared to 5 last year.
