Surat-based Abril Paper Tech Ltd, a leading manufacturer of sublimation and heat transfer paper, has received in-principle approval from BSE SME to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth ₹13.42 crore.The issue will open on August 29 and close on September 2, with the company offering 22 lakh equity shares at a fixed price of ₹61 per share. Proceeds from the IPO will be used for capacity expansion and additional working capital requirements.
Founded by Prince Lathiya, Vipul Dobaria, and Ashishvin Lathiya, Abril currently operates a Surat-based facility with an annual capacity of 600 lakh meters, which will rise to 1,450 lakh meters post-expansion. The company specializes in sublimation papers across 30, 65, 75, and 90 GSM specifications, catering to industries such as garments, textiles, home décor, ceramics, and furniture.
In FY25, Abril reported strong financials with revenue of ₹6,091.08 lakh and EBITDA of ₹201.07 lakh, up from ₹2,512.31 lakh and ₹165.59 lakh respectively in FY24. The company also plans forward integration into heat transfer papers, specialized frames, and PP sheets, with a growing focus on export markets and an expanding B2C presence through online and dealer networks.
