Guests invited to the “At Home” gathering at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Independence Day will receive a ceremonial kit celebrating the artistic and cultural heritage of Eastern India—designed by the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
NID faculty members curated each element of the kit to showcase the region’s traditional crafts and enduring artistic legacy. This design contribution marks NID’s role in welcoming dignitaries for India’s 79th Independence Day on August 15.
