A fire broke out in a building in the Vesu area of Surat, Gujarat, on Friday morning.
As soon as the fire was reported, fire department teams quickly reached the spot and began trying to put out the flames. Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi also came to the location to check the situation.
So far, there are no reports of anyone getting hurt. Firefighters are still working to bring the fire under control.
Minister Sanghavi told reporters that about 150 fire brigade members are working at the site and have helped rescue many people. He praised the team for their efforts.

In a separate incident, a fire broke out in a bus at the DTC Bus Depot in Sector 37, Rohini, Delhi, around 9:48 AM on Friday.
Firefighters reached the scene quickly, and three fire engines are working to put out the fire. Luckily, no one has been injured. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
