These exams will alleviate stress and will be held from Jan 18 to 24, says city DEO
In preparation for the upcoming Class 10 board exams in February 2025, the Ahmedabad city Dis- trict Education Officer (DEO) has announced the dates for the pre-board examinations. The pre-board exams will be held from January 18 to January 24 and will follow the same format and structure as the official board exams.
The exam will be conducted for subjects such as English, Gujarati, Mathematics (Basic and Standard), Science and Technology, and Social Science. It will be conducted for Gujarati, English and Hindi medium schools across the city with over 45,000 students from 600 schools. Ahmedabad City DEO Rohit Chaudhari, said, “The pre-board examination will provide Class 10 students with an opportunity to experience the board exam process. This will help alleviate their board exam-related stress and build confidence as they prepare for the upcoming board exams.”
