Gujarat govt announces transfer of 14 IAS officials

The Gujarat government’s General Administration Department ordered the shuffling of three 14 IAS officers in the state.

IAS BG Prajapati of the 2010 Gujarat batch has been transferred and appointed as Joint Managing Director of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) from his previous post of District Development Officer, Anand, according to the notification.

IAS P.D. Palsana of 2012 batch – District Development Officer, Narmada-Rajpipla is transferred and appointed as District Development Officer of Botad.

A.J. Asari, the 2013 batch IAS officer is appointed as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA), Gandhinagar relieving IAS Neha Kumari of the additional charge, She has been transferred and appointed as District Development Officer of Dahod.

Lalit Narayan Singh Sandu, IAS of 2015 batch and District Development Officer of Botad is transferred and appointed as Director of Employment & Training, Gandhinagar.

IAS Milind Bapna of 2017 batch, District Development Officer, Dahod is transferred and appointed as District Development Officer, Anand.

Relieving Ms. Saidingpui, IAS Shivani Goyal of 2018 batch is promoted to Senior Time Scale of IAS and her services are placed at the disposal of Climate Change Department for appointment as Director, Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA), Gandhinagar.

Ankit Pannu, IAS from 2018 batch is promoted and appointed as District Development Officer, Narmada-Rajpipla.

IAS Utsav Gautam of 2018 batch is promoted and his services are placed at the disposal of Urban Development & Urban Housing Department for appointment as Mission Director, National Urban Livelihood Mission, Gandhinagar relieving IAS D.K. Parekh of the additional charge of that post.

IAS Mamta Hardik Hirpara of the 2018 batch has been promoted to the Senior Time Scale of the Indian Administrative Service, and her services have been placed at the disposal of the Industries and Mines Department for appointment as Managing Director, Gujarat State Handloom and Handicraft Development Corporation Ltd., Gandhinagar, relieving IAS Jenu Devan of the additional charge of that post.

IAS Pushp Lata of the 2018 batch has been promoted to the Senior Time Scale of the Indian Administrative Service, and her services have been placed at the disposal of the Women and Child Development Department for appointment as Director (Women Welfare), Office of the Commissioner of Women and Child Development. Dr. Jincy Roy, IAS has been relieved of the additional charge of that post by Gandhinagar.

Also, Akshaya Budania, IAS of 2018 batch is promoted to Senior Time Scale of IAS and his services are placed at the disposal of Panchayats, Rural Housing & Rural Development Department for appointment as Special Commissioner Swachch Bharat Mission (Rural) Gandhinagar.

Jasmine Hasrat, an IAS officer from the 2018 batch and Assistant Collector, Stamp Duty, Valsad, has been promoted to Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar.

Snehal Purushottam Bhapkar, an IAS from the 2018 batch, has been promoted and her services have been placed at the disposal of the Energy & Petrochemicals Department for appointment as Managing Director, Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd., Surat, relieving IAS Arvind V of the additional responsibilities of that post.
