In the fourth quarter, Ahmedabad is expected to see a 20% increase in house purchases

Ahmedabad: Real estate agents are expecting stable lodging advance financing costs to convert into higher deals in the portion in Ahmedabad by as high as 20% in the final quarter. The RBI has kept up with the money related strategy stop and kept the repo rate unaltered at 4% and the converse repo rate at 3.35%.
The low home loan interest rate regime combined with the ongoing festive season, that usually surges housing sales because of attractive offers by developers and lending banks, is likely to have more people take advantage of the situation and buy a house.
As per Anarock Research, the festive quarter will see at least a 35-40% yearly rise in overall housing sales in seven big cities – Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, MMR, NCR, Hyderabad and Kolkata – in India as against the same period in 2020.
Anarock Research indicates at least 10-15% growth in housing demand in the festive period (October to December) in the seven cities against the preceding quarter. In Q3 2021, the seven cities saw total housing sales of nearly 62,800 units, already the best quarterly sales since the pandemic.
For Ahmedabad, the property consultancy stated, “The city has emerged as one of the top favourites for property investment among the Tier 2 and 3 cities in India in recent years, not just for locals but several NRIs also.”
