Ahmedabad: Harsh Goenka brought an excursion through a world of fond memories and shared an image of what he called his “best food recollections” as a kid. The 63-year-old financial specialist partook in a thickly cut, all-around buttered toast with loads of sugar sprinkled over it. He had toast with some tea during his train ventures with his mom. He likewise shared an image of some tea and toast alongside a little note.
“My best food memories are enjoying a thickly sliced well-buttered toast sprinkled with lots of sugar along with tea travelling in a train with my Mom. Yours? (sic),” he tweeted.
The post left Twitter users nostalgic. Some of them took to the comments section to share their best food memories and singer Adnan Sami was one of them. “Indeed and add fresh ‘Malai’ on top of that and you’re in ‘Heaven’ (sic),” Adnan Sami commented
“Railway veg cutlets and bread butter en-route to Surat in Flying Rani with my mother (sic),” a user wrote. “Breakfast in the Pantry Car in the Deccan Queen – Omelette and Toast and a Pot of English Tea – with my Dad – who introduced me to countless such sublime experiences! Yaad Aa Gayi Bhule Huve Afsaanon Ki (sic),” another comment read.
