Ahmedabad: After the order of the Supreme Court, the Ahmedabad Fire Department has once again taken action.Hospitals failing to do so have been warned by the fire department of action ranging from disconnecting water-electricity connections to criminal proceedings. According to the information received in this regard, according to the provisions of the Fire Safety and Preventive Safety Measurement Act-2013, the city hospitals have to renew the fire NOC every year.However, the city has Apollo Prime Hospital in Bapunagar area, Devam Hospital in Naranpura, Madhav Nursing Home in Raipur, Medicare Hospital in Isanpur, Orange Neonatal Hospital in Sabarmati, Sanghvi Hospital in Paldi, Sneha Hospital in Satellite and Vajma in Vasna. NOC has not been renewed. Apart from cutting off water, electricity and sewerage connections of non-renovated hospitals, measures will be taken to seal the building as well as take criminal action.
