The stoppage of 13 trains at Siddhpur railway station on the Ahmedabad-Palanpur section has been temporarily cancelled due to ongoing platform modernisation work.
The Ahmedabad Division has started engineering work to extend Platform No. 2 by 70 metres at both ends and raise its height. To ensure passenger safety during the construction, the stoppage of selected trains in the down direction has been withdrawn for specific periods.
The temporary cancellations will apply between September 30 and November 13, depending on the train.

Platform extension work underway
