The sons of former India cricketers Virender Sehwag and Rahul Dravid will be among the players in focus as India U19 face Australia U19 in a home series in Gujarat. Aaryavir Sehwag and Anvay Dravid have been included in India’s U19 ODI squad for the series.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the squads, with Lakshya Rayachandani named captain for the three-match ODI series and Yashvardhan Chauhan appointed vice-captain.
For the two four-day matches, Chauhan will lead the team, with Rayachandani serving as vice-captain.
The Australia U19 tour will be held in Rajkot and Ahmedabad. All three ODIs and the first four-day match will be played in Rajkot, while the second multi-day game will be held at Ahmedabad ‘B’ Ground.

Vineet, Kushagra Ojha, Arjun Rajput, Manal Chauhan, Anway Dravid (wicketkeeper), V. Yashveer, Rohit Yadav, Shavin Vinod, Mohit Ulva, Chigurupati Venkata and Kavya Patel.
India U19 Multi-Day Squad: Yashvardhan Chauhan (captain), Lakshya Rayachandani (vice-captain), Sagar Virk, Kushagra Ojha, Manal Chauhan, Kush Patel, Manav Krishna (wicketkeeper), Aayeeq Biswas (wicketkeeper), Rohit Yadav, Ishan Om, Ayan Akram, Pranav Raghavendra, Priyanshu Singh, Mohit Ulva and Aryan Yadav.
The selection of Sehwag and Dravid’s sons adds extra interest to the India U19 squad as the young players prepare to face Australia in Gujarat.
