The Zydus School for Excellence, Vejalpur, recently held its Investiture Ceremony to officially appoint the new Student Council for the academic year.
The event was attended by Dr. Parag Bhatt, HR Head of Zydus Hospitals, as the chief guest.
The programme began with a march past by students from the school’s four houses, along with the Core Student Council. The outgoing council formally handed over their responsibilities to the newly elected members, who received their flags and sashes from the chief guest.
Principal Alka Murthy honoured the newly elected Head Boy and Head Girl. The ceremony concluded with the new Student Council taking an oath to perform their responsibilities with honesty, dedication and sincerity throughout the academic year.
