A fire erupted early Thursday morning at a residential complex in the Shela area of Ahmedabad, causing panic but thankfully no injuries. The incident took place around 7:30 AM at Reverra Elite, located in Sky City.
Officials reported that the blaze started on the third floor of the building, quickly producing thick smoke that spread throughout the premises. Residents spotted the fire and immediately alerted authorities, prompting a swift response from the Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services (AFES).
More than 12 fire tenders were dispatched to tackle the situation. Firefighters worked tirelessly with water jets to bring the flames under control. Thanks to their efforts and timely evacuation measures, all residents managed to escape safely without any casualties.
A senior official from AFES confirmed, “No casualties have been reported. All occupants were rescued safely.” While this is good news for those living in Reverra Elite, officials are still investigating what caused this unexpected fire.
As of now, no details have emerged regarding how or why the blaze began. A thorough investigation is underway to determine its origin and prevent future incidents.
