SoftTech Engineers Limited has secured a contract worth 17.16 crore from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to implement an AI-powered, BIM-based Project Monitoring System (BPMS) for infrastructure projects.
Under the project, the company will deploy a digital monitoring platform that enables real-time tracking of projects across planning, execution, and reporting stages. The system aims to improve transparency, visibility, and decision-making in complex infrastructure projects.
The BPMS will operate on SoftTech Engineers’ proprietary platform, CivitINFRA, integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. The platform will combine key project functions—including cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, progress tracking, documentation, communication, and reporting—into a single unified system to streamline project oversight and coordination.
Accessible through both web and mobile interfaces, the solution will provide real-time insights and analytics, allowing project teams and decision-makers to monitor progress and take timely action.
SoftTech Engineers MD and CEO Vijay Gupta said the partnership with AAI reflects the company’s commitment to advancing digital transformation in India’s infrastructure sector through technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and governance.
The contract highlights AAI’s confidence in the company’s technical capabilities and marks another step toward wider adoption of intelligent digital project management systems in public infrastructure development.
