As Ahmedabad prepares to welcome the New Year 2026, ITC Narmada is set to host an immersive New Year’s Eve celebration that brings together curated cuisines, live music and its much-anticipated midnight balloon drop.
ITC Narmada has planned a special Gala Night at its Western Lawns, where diners and guests will be able to indulge in delicacies and specialities from all four of the hotel’s signature outlets, complemented by a DJ music experience through the night.
Culinary highlights over the New Year’s Eve span across Adalaj Pavilion’s elaborate buffet with a specially curated menu, Yi Jing’s Asian specialities, Peshawari’s robust North-West Frontier flavours, and Royal Vega’s refined Sattvik offerings, ensuring a thoughtfully balanced spread for both indulgent and wellness-conscious diners.
The experience further unfolds with the ongoing Sizzler Starlight – BBQ, at the Adalaj Lawns, where patrons can enjoy a festive alfresco evening under the starlit winter sky. The celebration offers guests the freedom to explore flavours from multiple signature kitchens in a single, seamless experience.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, live music performances will set the mood through the evening.
The New Year’s Eve celebrations will culminate with ITC Narmada’s signature balloon drop ceremony. As the clock ticks past 00.00 on January 1, 2026, patrons at ITC Narmada will witness some 20,000 balloons being dropped down the Atrium Lobby of the hotel’s stepwell architecture, to ring in the New Year.
The New Year’s Eve experience is designed as an all-encompassing celebration of food, ambience and festivity, true to ITC Narmada’s ethos of responsible luxury and memorable hospitality.
