The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) has opened applications for setting up new private schools for 2026–27, as well as for adding new classes or getting approval for successive classes.
Applications can be submitted online from December 8 to 18, and decisions will be announced by December 29.
In a circular, the DPE has directed district officers to collect all applications and required documents by December 20.
