Mere notification, no barricade at Tragad underpass

Despite a notification declaring the Tragad underpass on SP Ring Road closed for 40 days for repairs, vehicles continued to ply through the stretch.

Although authorities had announced alternative routes, no barricades were installed at the site, allowing commuters to use the underpass as usual.
