The Ministry of Education announced the NIRF Ranking 2025 on September 4 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The 10th edition of the rankings was unveiled by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
IIT Madras retained its top spot in the overall category, while IISc Bangalore was ranked the best university in the country. JNU, New Delhi, secured the second position among universities.
