In a significant move to advance the real estate sector, CREDAI and CEPT University have launched the first batch of their joint initiative — the Professional Certificate Program in Excellence in Real Estate Development — exclusively designed for CREDAI members.
The program aims to bridge academic insights with real-world industry practices, empowering real estate professionals with essential skills and expertise. The inaugural session saw the presence of key dignitaries, including Dhruv N Patel, President of CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED; Nilay D Patel, Hon. Secretary of CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED; Dr. Subhrangshu Goswami, Head of CEPT Professional Programs; and Shubhankar Mitra, Program Lead for the initiative.
