After Rajpath Club, Karnavati Club is now set to raise membership fees for its new venture — the Karnavati Club Resort (KCR) located in Mulsana village, Kalol taluka. The revised pricing, effective from August 16, will see an approximate 25% increase in membership charges.
Currently situated about 45 minutes from SG Road, the KCR will soon offer lifetime memberships at ₹9 lakh for one-time full payment, and ₹10 lakh under an instalment plan. This marks the first-ever fee revision for the Mulsana property since its launch two-and-a-half years ago, when membership was priced at ₹7.25 lakh (full payment) and ₹8 lakh (instalments), plus 18% GST.
In comparison, Rajpath Club has already revised the membership fees for its new facility thrice. Presently, Rajpath’s membership rates stand at ₹11.5 lakh for full payment and ₹12.5 lakh under instalments, making KCR’s new rates appear relatively more affordable.
Under the current instalment plan at KCR, members pay ₹2 lakh upfront, followed by six instalments of ₹1 lakh each every two months. A one-time payment option currently comes with a discount of ₹75,000, making it ₹7.25 lakh in total.
“It’s a lifetime membership with transferable rights, meaning members can resell it in the future,” said Karnavati Club President Durgesh Buch. “We plan to revise the fees from August 16, but until then, the existing rates remain applicable.”
KCR is also gearing up for a grand festive season, including a nine- to ten-night Garba celebration at the Mulsana venue. “The ground is ready and we’re maintaining lush green lawns to create a soft, dancer-friendly surface,” said working committee member Hita NG Patel.
Vice President Nimesh Patel added, “We’re preparing paved parking for 500 cars and will have ample overflow space, thanks to the club’s 2-lakh-square-yard spread. A food court and external washrooms will also be ready in time.”
Meanwhile, Rajpath Club’s Senior Vice President Vikram Shah confirmed that their Garba festivities will take place only at the main SG Highway club this year, with no events planned at the new property.
