GSRTC, Tourism Department, and Somnath Trust Collaborate to Launch Special Tour Packages.
Gujarat Tourism, the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC), and the Somnath Trust have come together to launch the country’s first Jyotirlinga Somnath Darshan tour, along with exclusive and affordable travel packages to Nadabet, Vadnagar, and Modhera.
Starting April 28, an AC Volvo bus will depart daily at 6 am from Ranip in Ahmedabad, reach Somnath at 4 pm and return the next day. Cost of the one-night package begins at Rs 4,000 per person.
The tour packages for Nadabet, Vadnagar and Modhera will be available every Saturday and Sunday starting April 26. For Nadabet Seema Darshan, the bus will depart from Ahmedabad at 6 am, reach Nadabet at 12:30 pm.
For the Vadnagar Tanariri Express and Modhera Sun Temple package, the bus will depart from Ahmedabad at 9 am, reach Vadnagar at 11:15 am and Modhera at 5:30 pm.
In all tour packages, meals and other personal expenses will have to be borne by the tourists. Advance online ticket booking can be made on the GSRTC website.
