Yash Innoventures Limited, formerly known as Redex Protech Limited, has announced the launch of a significant residential redevelopment project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
According to a regulatory filing with the BSE dated March 25, 2025, the company secured the project through a successful bid for the redevelopment of residential apartments located at Shahibaug, opposite Circuit House, Ahmedabad.
The estimated value of the project stands at approximately Rs 250 crore. The move aligns with Yash Innoventures’ strategic push in the real estate sector under its new branding, aiming to capitalize on redevelopment opportunities in key urban centres.
