In the 76th Republic Day National Parade at Kartavya Path, New Delhi, Gujarat’s tableau titled “From Anartpur to Ekta Nagar – A Remarkable Confluence of Heritage and Development” received the highest number of votes in the Popular Choice category.
Gujarat’s tableau secured the top position in this category for the third consecutive year, achieving a hat-trick. Citizens were allowed to vote online for the best tableau.
Unique Presentation of the Tableau
This year, Gujarat’s tableau showcased not only the state’s rich cultural heritage but also its remarkable development projects. It highlighted the journey from the 12th-century “Kirti Toran” of Vadnagar (Anartpur) to the 21st-century marvel “Statue of Unity.”
