Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) has announced plans to develop a 440-acre industrial park along NH-47 between Bavla and Bagodara in Ahmedabad. The project, structured under a joint development agreement, offers a 70.5% revenue share and is expected to generate ₹1,350 crore in revenue.
Touted as one of Gujarat’s largest industrial parks, the project will provide a complete ecosystem for industries. Its location near the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and Dholera Special Investment Region will boost Ahmedabad’s industrial and logistics sector.
The park will feature modern infrastructure, including a Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, workforce accommodations, weighbridges, and dedicated logistics zones.
Kamal Singal, Managing Director and CEO of ASL, stated, “Given the healthy performance of the Ahmedabad economy, industrial park development market presents a sustainable and sizeable opportunity, and we remain at the forefront to address it.”
