The Joint Commissioner of Police Traffic, Ahmedabad City, has issued a notification regarding traffic diversion for the laying of bullet train track (segment) near Maninagar Railway Station.
The work of laying of railway track (segment) on the prepared pillar of the bullet train near Maninagar Railway Station under the Bullet Train Project of the Government of India in Ahmedabad city will be done by Dinesh Chandra R. Agarwal Company. In accordance with which work, approximately 100 meters of road from Jhagdiya Bridge on the outside of Maninagar Railway Station to Maninagar Railway Police Chowki will be closed for a period of 3 months. During this work, traffic diversion will be done as per the following details.
Roads restricted for vehicular traffic:
A one-way road of approximately 100 meters from Jhagdiya Bridge on the outskirts of Maninagar Railway Station to Maninagar Railway Police post will be closed for vehicular traffic.
Alternative routes:
- Vehicles coming from Bhairavnath Road, Jashodanagar Chowkdi, Jaihind Char Rasta, Swaminarayan Mandir, and Dakshini Society will have a one-way road towards the railway station and can use it to go towards different main roads.
- Vehicles coming from Kankaria Lake, Rambagh, Maninagar Char Rasta, Krishna Bagh Char Rasta, L.G. Hospital, Siddhi Vinayak Hospital, and Gurudwara will have a one-way road towards the railway station and can use it to go towards different main roads.
