A road accident involving two vehicles on Sindhubhan Road near Sindhubhan Hall has resulted in injuries to two individuals and damages to a car. The incident occurred yesterday at approximately 6:30 PM in the jurisdiction of ‘N’ Division Traffic Police Station.
The complainant, Tanha Khuthi Patel, a 32-year-old housewife residing Thaltej Shilaj Road, Ahmedabad, reported the incident to the police. She stated that while taking a turn her car near the designated cut on Sindhubhan Road in her car, two wheeler driver rammed into her vehicle from behind.
The driver of the other vehicle, identified as Prabhulal Dhanraj Meena, reportedly drove carelessly and recklessly, resulting in a rear-end collision. Vineet Bhai, who was seated in the rear seat of the car, suffered injuries to his body and hands.
The police have registered a case under sections of the Motor Vehicles Act. The accused has been charged with reckless driving and causing injuries and damage.
Further investigation regarding the matter is going on.
