The LJ Institute of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council and Indian Pharmaceutical Association Students’ Forum (IPA-SF), organised a community outreach programme to mark World Pharmacists Day.
The programme saw students reach out to other colleges and schools to conduct Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaigns, visit an old age home for patient counselling sessions and distribute medical kits and slum areas to create health awareness.
As many as 100 students also crafted pharma-themed skits and speeches and made reels for the programme.
