Hyatt Hotel, located next to the Nexus Ahmedabad One Mall in the Vastrapur area of the city, has been fined Rs. 2 lakhs after an insect was found in a dish served at the hotel last week.
An insect was found in the sambhar served at the hotel, after which the health department team of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation sealed the kitchen of the five-star hotel. The fine of Rs. 2 lakhs has been collected from the hotel, and the civic body has unsealed the kitchen.
