The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the full schedule of the ongoing TATA Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL). The schedule was initially announced for the first two weeks, with the remainder now adjusted to accommodate the Lok Sabha Elections. During this season, Ahmedabad will host a total of 9 matches, including one qualifier and one eliminator. In addition to Ahmedabad, playoffs will also be held in Chennai, with the grand finale scheduled for May 26th.
The first match the city hosted at the world’s largest cricket ground, Narendra Modi Stadium, was a clash between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians on March 24th.
Following this, on March 31st, 2024, a Sunday at 3:30 PM, Gujarat Titans will play against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Motera Stadium.
The third match to be played in Ahmedabad is between Gujarat Titans and Punjab Kings on April 4th, 2024, Thursday.
The fourth match will be played on the Motera Stadium’s pitch on April 16th, 2024, Tuesday, at 7:30 PM between Gujarat Titans and Delhi Capitals.
In the next match, the home team Gujarat Titans will clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore on yet another Sunday, April 28th, 2024.
After that, Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings will face off against each other on May 10th, 2024, in the world’s largest cricket stadium here in the city.
On May 13th, 2024, the Kolkata Knight Riders will be playing against the Gujarat Titans at 7:30 PM in the evening.
Other than these 7 matches of Gujarat Titans, the world’s biggest cricket stadium will host an electrifying Qualifier 1 clash featuring two top-ranked sides on Tuesday, May 21st, followed by the exciting Eliminator on Wednesday, May 22nd.
