Khambhat Congress MLA Chirag Patel tnder his resignation from the post of Member of Legislative Assembly of Gujarat after meeting the State Assembly Speaker, Shankar Chaudhary.
Patel will be the second MLA to resign from the state assembly within a week. Last week, Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Visavadar, Bhupat Bhayani, had resigned from the assembly.
