The results for classes 10 and 12 will be released soon by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Thousands of students who appeared for the exams are eagerly awaiting the results. Candidates should be aware that the CBSE announces the board results in May. The most recent update states that the board is busy double-checking the marks entered after evaluating the CBSE board exam papers.
CBSE Board Results 2023 Update: Board busy in rechecking marks
Around April 22, the paper-checking process was finished, and the evaluators entered the student marks on the CBSE result input portal. To ensure there are no errors, the board is now matching the marks entered with the answer sheets. However, the board compares the marks entered in the result portal with the marks given by the evaluators rather than rechecking the answers. It takes about 15 to 20 days.
The second week of May should therefore be when the candidates can anticipate receiving their CBSE class 10th and 12th results. Candidates will be able to check their results online once they are released.
