India has emerged as Asia’s epicentre for autism treatment. Autism, a neuro-endocrino-gastric-intestinal disorder, affects more than 18 million children in the United States.
Dr. Ketan Patel of Ahmedabad, who is considered a leading autism expert in India and has 30 years of treatment and research experience in the field, says that parents from all over the world come to India for treatment of their autistic child.
According an estimate, all around the world, one in 36 children suffer from autism. Out of various therapies, homeopathy has proved more effective in the treatment of autism.
According to Dr. Patel, India offers best homeopathic treatment and diagnosis of synchronic autism in which genetic and metabolic factors play a very vital role.

Autism is commonly referred to as a neurological disorder or spectrum disorder, and the child may exhibit a variety of other issues and unusual behaviour.
Mental retardation and other disorders may or may not be present.
According to the National Autistic Society, one in every 1000 children in the United States has Autism, and approximately 18 million children in India have Autism.
