IndiGo’s Ahmedabad-Nagpur aircraft left luggage of passengers at Ahmedabad airport. The passengers discovered that the airline had abandoned their bags in Ahmedabad after landing in Nagpur which disturbed them. Luggage of around 20 flyers were left behind by airlines.
It is to be noted that six members of Team India were also travelling in the same flight. The airlines left the bags of regular passengers in Ahmedabad prior to arriving at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport the travelers were unaware of the location of their luggage.
The passengers claim that the airline staff informed them that they neglected to pick up the luggage. At 1:30 p.m., the IndiGo air lines flight 6E-7247 departed from Ahmedabad and headed toward Nagpur.
Along with the players Surya Kumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Akshar Patel, and two more, this jet was also carrying Team India’s coach Rahul Dravid. They all travelled to Nagpur in preparation for the February 9 start of the first Test Match between India and Australia.
According to sources, the luggage left behind would be brought by IndiGo’s Mumbai- Nagpur flight around 11.30 pm on Thursday. It will be delivered to each passenger’s residence on today.
