On January 6, CREDAI Ahmedabad (previously GIHED) will open the three-day property show at Ahmedabad’s Ganesh Grounds. More than 250 properties in the residential, commercial, plotting, and weekend villa sectors, totaling Rs. 30,000 crore, will be up for grabs. NRIs and NRGs should account for 15% of the total sales at the real estate expo, according to CREDAI Ahmedabad. “The property show is a one-stop-shop to get detailed information about projects across segments and close deals in a hassle-free manner,” CREDAI Ahmedabad President Tejas Joshi said.
“The growth of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), pharma and IT parks, logistics parks, and other large projects are expected to give the real estate sector in Ahmedabad a major boost,” CREDAI Ahmedabad Secretary Viral Shah stated. The housing market is expanding at a 15% annual rate.
