Reliance Jio Down! Users lament weak or nonexistent signals

On Wednesday morning, users reported having problems with the network.

Around 285 users from all throughout the country reported the same problem to Downdetector, an online tool for detecting app and website faults.

My jio number frequently getting disconnected in the middle of call after i got this 5g enabled message from you, please resolve this as early as possible. #jio5g @reliancejio @JioCare

A weak signal was mentioned by 60% of users who reported the problem to Downdetector, while ‘no signal’ was reported by 30% of users.

@JioCare Hello, jio fiber connection is down at our locality. WhatsApp chat and call center calls are unanswered due to high support traffic. Please advise what can we do to get our issue fixed ? Red blinking light is appearing on our router since morning.

Twitter users vented their frustration over sluggish internet and call quality. Jio Fibre problems were also reported by many subscribers.

Over 500 users have reported the outage, which is still ongoing, according to Downdetector. The user has been having issues since 11.00 AM.
