Although minimum temperatures continued to drop further but marginally, all cities in Gujarat continued to have appreciably to markedly above normal minimum temperatures. Met office has predicted a drop of 2.0 to 4.0 degrees in the next 72 hours but there will be not much further change in minimum temperatures thereafter.
The city temperature increased by 1.1 degrees compared to Friday. Ahmedabad recorded a minimum of 20.1 degrees.
While Sasan Gir to be warmest at 24.4 degrees, Deesa to be coldest at 15.8 degrees.
The minimum temperatures in other Gujarat cities in decreasing order are as follows –Rajkot (15.8 degrees), Bhavnagar (21.0 degrees), Amreli and Junagarh (20.7 degrees), Gandhinagar (18.3 degrees), Naliya (16.0 degrees), Patan (15.8 degrees).
