Gujarat police arrested one drug peddler in Surat, suspected of supplying the drugs with killer Aaftab. Faisal Momin, the arrested drug peddler, was identified as Aaftab’s drug supplier because he lived in Vasai West, the same neighbourhood where Aaftab lived before moving to Delhi with Shraddha. According to Gujarat Police sources, police will examine Faisal’s phone records because they suspect Faisal and Aaftab may have known each other.
This occurred when Gujarat police arrested four peddlers in Surat during a routine check, one of whom was Faisal. Faisal and Aniket Shinde from Mira Road were two of the four arrested drug peddlers.
Aaftab’s polygraph test today
The killer of Shraddha Walkar has been taken to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Rohini, Delhi, for a polygraph test. Notably, the FSL authorities have been questioning Aaftab about the murder of Shraddha, and the interrogation will continue for the third day. The final sessions of Aaftab’s polygraph examination will take place today. The Delhi police will conduct a narco test after the polygraph.
On Saturday, November 26, Delhi court sentenced accused Aaftab Amin Poonawala to 14 days in judicial custody. Poonawalla was brought before the Saket court via video conference from Delhi’s Ambedkar Hospital. On Thursday, November 24, Aaftab was subjected to a nearly eight-hour polygraph test (lie detector test) at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL).
