matter how old you get, your father will always reprimand you, even if you are the secretary of the richest cricket board in the world.
Nobody can dispute the fact that this is Indian culture. As a result of his inability to focus during a puja ceremony, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Jay Shah received a reprimand from his father, Amit Shah.
In a video doing rounds on social media, India’s Home Minister Amit Shah and his family are seen holding a puja. Jay Shah is also standing beside his father but he cannot concentrate and keeps looking around while Pandit Ji chants mantras. The elder Shah gets frustrated by this behaviour and scolds junior Shah and asks him to concentrate. “Aama dhyan de (Focus on this),” says Amit Shah to Jay Shah in the viral video.
The Indian cricket board is under fire from fans after the news that top pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been disqualified from the T20 World Cup leaked out, while Jay Shah is receiving criticism from his father. The board’s medical staff is under fire from fans for their incorrect assessment of Bumrah’s fitness. Fans are questioning why Bumrah’s recovery was rushed as the pacer is reportedly out of the biennial competition due to a back stress fracture.
It’s important to note that Bumrah missed the 2022 Asia Cup due to a back ailment and missed two months of cricketing action. For the home series against Australia and South Africa, he was summoned back, though.
the bowler played in two of the three T20Is against Australia, back problems prevented him from participating in the opening T20I against South Africa. According to recent sources, the pacer has a fracture that will prevent him from playing for about six months.
