Every day, a user receives countless calls and texts that annoy them. These are the unexpected occurrences that result in an out-of-control situation.
However, iPhone users may now pause spam calls, thereby shutting down the scammers. Third-party apps have been advised by Apple to avoid sending unwanted messages and calls. From iOS 9 onwards, you can successfully block calls with an iOS version. It has a spam filter built in that blocks incoming calls from spammers and scammers.
Previously, it was easy to figure out unknown or marketing calls. But, nowadays, users cannot differentiate between a marketing call and a genuine call. As spammers have now become clever at creating numbers that look similar to any general number.
STEPS TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS ON IPHONE:
Step 1: A user needs to open the phone app on their iPhone.
Step 2: Click on’ Recents’ and press the ‘i’ button next to your number.
Step 3: Scroll down and choose ‘Block this Caller’ to block the number.
STEPS TO UNBLOCK NUMBER ON IPHONE:
Step 1: First, a user needs to open the Settings app on an iPhone.
Step 2: Then you need to click on Phone.
Step 3: Next choose ‘Blocked Contacts’ and click on the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Now tap on the ‘-‘ icon near the number to unblock the respective number.
