Unique culinary trends is going viral

Ahmedabad: There are several unique culinary trends that have stirred controversy online like ice cream vada pav, maggi milkshake, gulab jamun pizza , chocolate biryani etc.

Business News

A popular ice cream chaat from a street food shop in Gujarat’s Vadodara was recently added to this list and web users are not amused.
In the video, which was filmed in Vadodara, a Gujarati street food Dabeli is transformed into a new dish.

The video was posted by ‘streetfoodrecipe’ on Instagram. Dabeli, which is usually a sweet and spicy version of vada pav, has been transformed into a cold, cheesy treat by the street vendor.

He prepared the chaat using a Mango Dolly in the recent viral video.

Here is the recipe:

In the first step, the street vendor dips the bread into coconut water and turmeric syrup. Toppings such as strawberry syrup are added next. Afterwards, he garnishes the dish with minced dry fruits. Last but not least, he adds Mango Dolly slices. As if that wasn’t enough, chaat is drizzled with thick mango syrup, which is then topped with cheese shavings.

The clip has received more than 521,499 views since it was posted on Instagram. It has found its way on Twitter as well.

The video also received several comments from Internet users.

Video of ice cream with cheese combined created some disgust in some people, while other viewers wished to try it themselves.

Here are some of the reactions:

Would you like to try it?

Recently, Maggi was paired with milkshake in an online dish. In it, Maggi was served on top of two tall glasses of milk. One of the debates that started when the image emerged was whether the experimentation with instant noodles had reached a point.
