Ahmedabad: Corona has also had a devastating effect on education. While the transition was increasing, education was made online across the state. After the second wave, the case is gradually declining and education is being started offline again. On the one hand there is suspicion of a third wave and on the other hand when schools are starting, some parents will send the child to school even if they do not send the child to school amid fears of some corona.
The education department has announced to start classes 6 to 8 from September 2 , while some parents have to send their children to school . Formerly Std. Classes 9 to 12 were started in phases. After which now the class of Std. 6 to 8 will also start. While many students in Std. 9 to 12 are still studying online from home without coming to school, parents are worried about students in Std. 6 to 8 due to which some parents will not send their child to school and will study online only. Then some parents will send childeren to school even amid fears.
Vali Niravbhai said, “Even though I am still afraid of Corona, I will send my child to school because how long will the child stay at home and study? The child’s growth has stopped.” Staying at home is also affecting the child’s brain. 24 hours as a parent we can’t even pay attention to the child. We will send the child to school even in the midst of fear to learn something new if he goes to school.
