Ahmedabad: The impact of corona infection is steadily diminishing in the city of Ahmedabad. At one time, corona patients did not even get beds for treatment at the municipal corporation’s SVP hospital.
According to the information received in this regard , the first suspected case of Corona was registered in Ahmedabad city on March 19 , 2020. Later, the Municipal Corporation owned SVP Hospital with a capacity of 1500 beds registered more than five thousand cases of Corona daily in the city in May this year.
At that time, the hospital was declared covid designated by the municipal corporation. Out of the total beds of the hospital, corona patients were treated on 108 beds. Out of these, about 200 patients were treated on oxygen beds. After 12 months, not a single corona patient is under treatment in the hospital, so the work in other departments of the hospital is also being improved.
