Tejas Joshi to head Ahmedabad real estate developers’ body

Real estate developer Tejas Joshi has been appointed as the president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Ahmedabad, the body has announced.

Joshi, who was vice president until his elevation, will head CREDAI Ahmedabad for a two-year term until 2023. Joshi replaces Ajay Patel of Synthesis Group. Viral Shah of Sun Buildcon has been appointed the organisation’s honorary secretary, the organisation said.

“The new team will work to expand the organisation’s membership. We will also work closely with the government and civic authorities to ensure planned development in Ahmedabad. Our whole team is a very young one, and we will put our best efforts to introduce new technologies and latest tools to the sector over the next two years,” Joshi, 43, said about his plans.

CREDAI Ahmedabad also announced five vice presidents. They include Chitrak Shah of Shivalik Group, Dhruv Patel of Shri Ami Infrastructure, Alap Patel of Som Maulik Infrabuild, Sandeep Patel of Avirat Group, and Sanket Shah of Prerna Infrabuild.

All the appointments were unanimous, the organisation said in a statement.

Chinmay Shah has been named CREDAI Ahmedabad’s youth wing chairman and Deval Soparkar as the women’s wing chairman.
