Gujarat Science City is all set to welcome visitors to its newest attraction – the Astronomy and Space Science Gallery – opening this Thursday.
The gallery spans 12,797 square metres across three floors and features six main sections, including areas focused on the fundamentals and history of space, current developments, and future possibilities. A special gallery has also been created to highlight India’s achievements in astronomy and space science. Principal Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology, Mona Khandhar, recently visited the space for a preview.
