CEPT University, Ahmedabad, on Thursday announced its Summer 2025 programmes under ‘Think Kosh’, an initiative by the Faculty of Technology aimed at high school and pre-engineering students.
Now in its third edition, Think Kosh will run from April 22 to May 17 this year.
It is an immersive initiative “specifically crafted to ignite passion and develop critical skills among high school and pre-engineering students (Classes IX-XII) who wish to become engineers in the future,” CEPT University stated in the announcement.
The University announced.”Through Think Kosh, students get a unique opportunity to delve into the world of engineering through nine innovative hands-on workshops, engaging laboratory exercises, and specially designed competitions”.
Prof Aanal Shah, Dean of the Faculty of Technology at CEPT University, said, “This initiative is designed to offer high-school students and engineering aspirants an early, immersive exposure to industry-relevant practices. It introduces them to CEPT University’s unique approach to engineering and design – one that focuses on solving real-world, human-centric challenges within built environments.”
Further adding, Prof Shah said, “By engaging with our ‘learning by Exploring Engineering Principles with hands on activities’, participants gain a deeper understanding of core engineering principles and are better equipped to make informed career choices.”
Additionally, in collaboration with Vikram A Sarabhai Community Science Centre (VASCSC), a STEM Studio will be offered as a week-long boot camp for students from Class VIII to XII.
For candidates seeking career guidance, an Open House will be conducted online on April 21, followed by on-campus sessions at CEPT on April 26, May 3, and May 17.
